Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in a technical discipline is required.
• 7 years of manufacturing leadership experience as site leader.
• 10 years of chemical manufacturing experience.
• Proven change management and organizational development skills.
• Experience managing large and small capital projects.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive a robust EHS culture with safety as a value.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to meet schedule attainment.
• Control plant spend against budgets.
