Job summary

Jager Recruitment is seeking a Plant Manager for a primary treatment plant in South Texas. This leadership position requires overseeing all operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will manage the plant's P&L, collaborate with team members, and ensure effective compliance with regulations. A technical degree and experience in process plant management are preferred. Salary range is $195k to $220k, plus bonus potential and relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Experience managing process plants such as energy, anaerobic, or chemical facilities.
• Proven experience with regulatory compliance and financial management.
• Ability to respond to emergencies outside of regular hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations and collaborate with Plant Supervisors.
• Ensure all operations meet federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage the plant's P&L, including budgeting and cost control.
• Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
• Lead, train, and develop facility personnel.
