You will coach staff, manage dispatch, planning, and routing, uphold safety standards, and partner with drivers, sales, and customers to drive service excellence and business growth.

A track record in logistics, plant operations, or concrete industry is valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations: Manage staff scheduling, load planning, and route optimization to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
• Champion customer service: Collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and sales to exceed customer expectations and resolve issues with urgency and care.
• Drive performance: Implement and monitor key metrics to assess plant efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Foster a culture of safety: Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company policies, creating a safe work environment.
• Promote teamwork: Conduct regular meetings to review performance, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
• Build relationships: Develop strong connections with customers, suppliers, and SRM teammates to support seamless operations.
