SRM Concrete is seeking a Plant Manager to lead a high-performing plant team, optimize daily operations, and ensure safe, high-quality, on-time concrete deliveries. You will coach staff, manage scheduling, and collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and sales to exceed customer expectations.

The role emphasizes safety, process improvement, and strong relationship-building with customers and suppliers within a fast-paced environment.
