SRM Concrete is seeking a Plant Manager to lead daily operations, coach a plant team, and ensure safe, high-quality deliveries to customers.

You will optimize scheduling, route planning, and performance metrics while upholding SRM's safety and service standards, driving profitability and customer satisfaction across our concrete network.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations: Manage staff scheduling, load planning, and route optimization to ensure efficient and timely concrete deliveries.
• Champion customer service: Collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and sales teams to exceed customer expectations and resolve any issues with urgency and care.
• Drive performance: Implement and monitor key metrics to assess plant efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Foster a culture of safety: Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company policies, creating a safe and positive work environment for all.
• Promote teamwork: Conduct regular meetings to review performance, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
• Build relationships: Develop strong connections with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members to support seamless operations.
• Contribute to growth: Participate in strategic planning and budgeting, sharing insights to enhance plant efficiency and profitability.
