Job summary

Technimark, located in Hurt, Virginia, is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee production activities within a 24/7 operation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, along with 3+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.

This role involves making production improvements, implementing cost-saving initiatives, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety policies. Strong experience in the plastics industry is required.

• ​Analyze issues, anticipate and resolve problems, recommend improvements and implement required changes

• ​Plan parts and materials needed for production schedule
• ​Lead and assist with continuous improvement initiatives and process improvements
• ​Evaluate production levels and propose adjustments for efficiency
