Job summary

Image Associates Inc. is seeking a Senior Plant Manager to run a metals machining and assembly operation with a focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will lead production, supply chain, and maintenance teams, and drive improvements in profitability and cost control.

The role requires a strong background in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and P&L management, with experience in supervising skilled operators and reading fabrication drawings. Visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Experience in production and plant management for a company that makes steel parts and assemblies.
• At least ten years’ experience, including four in a supervisory role involving budgets.
• Familiar with lean manufacturing and six sigma.
• CNC familiarity is a plus but not required; able to read fabrication drawings.
• Experience managing skilled machine operators, machinists, and assembly workers.
• Good experience with plant budgets and managing production levels.
• Excellent safety record.

Experience with CNC and manual machining, metal products assembly, parts making, machinery, fabricating equipment, or materials handling systems would be a suitable fit.

REQUIREMENTS
