Job summary

Image Associates Inc. in northern Iowa seeks a Senior Plant Manager to lead a 100-person metals machining and assembly operation, including CNC and manual machining, parts making, and fabrication equipment.

You will drive a safety-first culture, improve quality and on-time shipments, and oversee a production organization while controlling costs. The role includes operating and capital budget decisions (P&L) and leading teams across production, supply chain, and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in production and plant management for a company that makes steel parts and assemblies is key.
• Must have at least ten years’ experience, including four in a supervisory role involving budgets.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Familiarity with CNC machining is a plus but not required. Should be able to read and interpret fabrication drawings.
• Must have experience managing skilled machine operators, machinists, and assembly workers.
• Should have good experience with plant budgets and managing production levels.
