Job summary

CMC is seeking an experienced plant/manufacturing manager for our Fort Myers, FL operations. You will lead daily production, coordinate with engineering and maintenance, and drive uptime, efficiency, and safety across the site.

You will manage budgets, enforce quality standards, mentor production teams, and ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements while delivering results aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in plant or manufacturing management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; proven problem-solving ability.
• Experience in production environments with safety and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance and uptime.
• Develop and monitor budgets, controlling expenses and driving cost reductions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and maintain quality control standards to guarantee product excellence.
• Manage and lead production teams to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Oversee daily production operations ensuring efficient and safe manufacturing processes.
