Qualifications

- 5–7+ years in manufacturing operations management.
- Direct supervisory experience managing a full facility or major department.
Responsibilities
- Direct daily operations of the Polyiso Insulation manufacturing facility to maximize production output and quality while maintaining safety.
- Lead safety programs and compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local permits; manage storage and handling of flammable blowing agents.
- Oversee maintenance of complex machinery including metering pumps, laminators, and cutting saws; ensure reliability and efficiency.
