Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is seeking a Plant Manager (RSO) to lead day-to-day plant operations with a focus on human-centered leadership and team development. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while championing continuous improvement initiatives and capital projects.

The role emphasizes empathy, inclusion, and cultivating a high-performing team, with a commitment to Rehrig’s mission and values. Located at our US plant in Centennial Village, Delaware area.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of plant management or similar leadership experience.
• High School diploma required or equivalent.
• Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to team development and operational excellence.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead with empathy and prioritize the well-being and development of all team members.

• Implement and execute the plant’s People Engagement plan.

• Perform frequent compliance reviews, LOTO inspections, and safety checklists.
• Drive continuous improvement using Kaizen, PDCA, and A3 methodologies.
• Develop and manage capital improvement projects.
• Maintain operational excellence by ensuring high standards of quality and productivity.
• Manage plant budget and resources effectively.
