Job summary

Nippon Sanso Matheson, Inc. is seeking a seasoned operations leader to maximize safety, quality and productivity across daily production. You will oversee output, quality, shipping timeliness and staff development, while enforcing established quality procedures.

The role requires strong managerial and communication skills, plus a commitment to Safety and hands-on maintenance know-how. An HR-aware, team-focused leader with mechanical aptitude is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers' expectations.
  • Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
  • Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
  • Manage safety programs that help ensure the protection of employees and public.
  • Follow established product quality procedures to ensure customers receive quality product.
  • Refine tasks for employee and company improvement.
  • Provide training and educational materials to staff.
  • Achieve high productivity and quality levels.
  • Understand HR principles of hiring, reviewing, terminating, promoting, directing, supervising, and motivating plant personnel.
  • Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff.
  • Repair or replace plant equipment as needed.

Salary

Salary: $95,000 to $105,000 DOE

Anticipated Pay Range

Anticipated pay range: $70,000.000 - $90,000.00

Duties
