Job summary

CR&R Incorporated is seeking a Night Plant Manager for its anaerobic digestion facility in Perris, CA. The role operates heavy process equipment and SCADA systems, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient plant operation during evening hours.

You will lead data integrity, train operators, and oversee routine maintenance and reporting. The position requires strong technical skills and the ability to manage operations through the night shift.

Qualifications

• Industrial plant or process operations experience.
• Strong technical and decision-making skills.
• Experience working with SCADA systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate an Anaerobic Digestion facility using SCADA and related equipment; interpret gauges and charts, and report major repairs.
• Review and reconcile daily plant operational data sheets to ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in the technical training of plant operators and staff; assist in planning, assigning, and reviewing the work of operators.
• Inspect anaerobic digestion facility equipment to ensure proper operation and minimize interruptions and repairs.
• Prepare and maintain various records, logs, and reports.
• Ensure proper operation of online monitoring equipment for digesters and gas systems.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Night Plant Manager – Anaerobic Digestion

What You’ll Do

• Operate an Anaerobic Digestion facility using electronic and computer control systems (SCADA); interpret gauges, meters, charts, and graphs; operate pumps, valves, motors, and related equipment; report the need for major or specialized repairs to equipment, machinery, and electrical and electronic systems.
• Review and reconcile daily plant operational data sheets to ensure accuracy of entered data.
• Assist in the technical training of plant operators and technical staff; assist in planning, assigning, and reviewing the work of plant operators.
• Inspect anaerobic digestion facility equipment to ensure proper operation, minimizing interruptions to plant operations and reducing costly repairs.
• Prepare and maintain various records, logs, and reports.
• Ensure proper operation of online monitoring equipment for anaerobic digesters and gas systems.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Perform other duties as requested.
