LHH in Oregon is seeking a results-driven Plant Manager to lead all plant operations onsite. You will oversee safety, maintenance, compliance, and personnel, while owning P&L and capital planning.

• Maintain full P&L ownership, operating budgets, and capital planning.
• Manage and develop a team of approximately 20 employees.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with environmental, safety, and transportation requirements.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, reliability, and performance.
• Oversee facility maintenance and equipment reliability.
• Support a growing operation through process improvements and organizational development.
• Respond to critical operational issues, including occasional after-hours situations.

Job description

Schedule: 100% Onsite | Monday-Friday with occasional Saturday coverage and after-hours support as needed. Flexible daily start and end times available based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all plant operations, maintenance, compliance, safety, and personnel activities
• Maintain full P&L ownership, operating budgets, and capital planning
• Manage and develop a team of approximately 20 employees
• Ensure regulatory compliance with environmental, safety, and transportation requirements
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, reliability, and performance
• Oversee facility maintenance and equipment reliability
• Support a growing operation through process improvements and organizational development
• Respond to critical operational issues, including occasional after-hours situations

Required Qualifications

• Proven Plant Manager, Operations Manager, or similar facility leadership experience
• Strong people leadership and team development background
• Experience managing complex industrial operations with responsibility for production, maintenance, compliance, and financial performance
• P&L and budget management experience
• Experience operating in highly regulated environments
• Knowledge of environmental, safety, transportation, or industrial compliance regulations
• Continuous improvement mindset with demonstrated process optimization success
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational involvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in waste processing, wastewater treatment, environmental services, recycling, manufacturing, chemical processing, or similar industries
• Direct experience working with regulatory agencies
• Experience leading facility growth, operational change, and process transformation
• Strong maintenance oversight experience
