Martin Marietta is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee a sand and gravel operation in Texas. You will lead safety programs, production planning, budgeting, and facility maintenance, while guiding a salary and hourly workforce to achieve cost and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Requires BS in Engineering (Mining or Civil) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years plant management experience, preferably in mining.
• Strong knowledge of MSHA regulations and safety.
• Dredge operator experience required.
• Solid understanding of aggregate processing and equipment.

Responsabilités

• Lead safety, production, quality control and inventory planning at the plant.
• Develop and manage budgets, cost forecasts and production goals.
• Direct scheduling of plant activities including training programs.
• Coordinate mining plan development and process improvements for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all company, local, state and federal regulations.
• Manage contracts, POs and expenditure requests as needed.
