Austin Allen Inc. is seeking a Plant Manager for our Medford, OR wood manufacturing operation. This role commands leadership over safety, quality, and productivity with autonomy to drive results from day one.

You will manage budgets, lead a skilled team, and optimize processes to deliver operational excellence in a thriving wood products facility with relocation support and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Plant Manager or Superintendent experience in wood manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of wood industry experience.
• Strong financial acumen and operational budgeting experience.
• Lean manufacturing experience is a major plus.
• Exceptional leadership, organization, and decision‑making skills.

What We Are Looking For In The Plant Manager

• Minimum 7 years of Plant Manager or Superintendent experience in wood manufacturing.
• Strong background in plywood, OSB, EWP, particle board, veneer, or related wood manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of wood industry experience.
• Strong financial acumen and operational budgeting experience.
• Lean manufacturing experience is a major plus.
• Exceptional leadership, organization, and decision‑making skills.
