Job summary

Austin Allen Company is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead a wood manufacturing operation in the Pacific Northwest. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and financial performance while building strong teams and an environment of accountability.

You’ll have autonomy to make key plant decisions, manage budgets, and guide operations from intake to shipping. A minimum 7 years in plant management in wood manufacturing plus lean background are required; relocation is provided.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Plant Manager or Superintendent experience in wood manufacturing.
• Experience with plywood, OSB, EWP, particle board, veneer or related wood products.
• Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years of wood industry experience.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
• Lean manufacturing experience is a major plus.
• Exceptional leadership, organization, and decision-making skills.
