Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven track record in large-scale production, P&L responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and CI methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

About the Role

You will be the key leader on-site, responsible for the performance and development of the entire plant team. Key Responsibilities
