Job summary

You will lead Lean initiatives, partner with Senior Leadership on strategic directions, and drive profitable growth through staffing, training and equipment issue resolution.

This role requires strong communication, the ability to manage capital projects, and experience in a technical manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in MS Office and JD Edwards.
• Strong communication and arithmetic skills.
• 10 years needle punch nonwovens experience preferred; plastics extrusion knowledge strongly preferred.
• Capital expenditure and project management experience.
