Qualifications

• 3+ years in ice or related food production industry.
• 4+ years of leadership/management in a large manufacturing environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing & distribution, process improvements, root-cause analysis.
• Project management or technical leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Track P&L metrics and participate in financial analysis & planning.
• Assist Market Manager to develop and manage annual capital expenditure, sales forecasts, and P&L for the plant.
• Review & approve invoices, expenses & other accounting reports per policy.
• Identify and implement capital improvements to increase efficiency.
• Manage budgets and progress toward sales & profit targets.
• Support Market Manager by preparing, analyzing, and reconciling financial reports.
• Lead Kaizen and value stream mapping activities and drive continuous improvement.
