Revolution Company in Little Rock, AR seeks a Plant Manager to lead operations at our Little Rock facility. You will oversee production, maintenance, quality, safety, and employee development to drive an exceptional performance culture.

Lead a multi-shift team and partner with HR, finance, and operations leadership on staffing, budgets, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7–10+ years manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience in film extrusion or plastics preferred.
• Proven ability to lead hourly and salaried teams in high-volume ops.
• Lean and continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant operations, including extrusion and converting.
• Build a safety-first culture with accountability.
• Drive production performance, efficiency, and waste reduction.
• Develop and hold accountable a team of managers and frontline leaders.
• Improve attendance, staffing stability, and workforce engagement.
• Partner with HR, finance, and ops leadership on staffing and cost control.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on throughput and uptime.
• Oversee maintenance strategy and preventive maintenance execution.
• Manage plant-level financial performance including labor and material usage.
• Support and execute capital projects to improve safety and capacity.
