Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant operations including extrusion, converting, maintenance, quality and shipping.
• Build a safety-first culture with accountability and follow-through.
• Drive production performance, efficiency and waste reduction across departments.
• Develop and hold accountable a team of salaried department managers and frontline leaders.
• Improve attendance, staffing stability and workforce engagement.
• Partner with HR, finance and operations on staffing, cost control and performance management.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on throughput, scrap reduction, and uptime.
• Oversee maintenance strategy and preventive maintenance execution.
• Manage plant-level financial performance including labor, materials, and operating costs.
• Support and execute capital projects that improve safety, capacity and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 7–10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience , including multi-shift operations.
• Experience in film extrusion, plastics, or converting environments strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead both hourly and salaried teams in a high-volume operation.
• Strong background in Lean, continuous improvement, and performance management.
• Solid financial acumen with experience managing plant-level budgets and cost drivers.
• Demonstrated ability to build teams, drive accountability, and improve culture.
