Job summary

Revolution Company in Little Rock, AR is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead operations at the Little Rock facility. The role focuses on developing supervisors, driving Lean Manufacturing practices, and advancing sustainability by transforming used plastics into recycled materials.

The winner will motivate teams, ensure safety, quality, and productivity, and collaborate across functions to meet production goals while building a high-performing, safety-focused manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in a Technical or Business discipline is required.
• Bachelor's Degree (Engineering or Business discipline) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years plant operations experience in a small to medium facility with 70-100 employees.
• 5-10 years operations management experience in a small to medium plastic extrusion facility or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide Support and Leadership in safety policies, 5s, and health and safety of all employees.
• Lead production supervisors and ensure Shift and Line teams operate efficiently and cohesively.
• Meet or exceed safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Manage labor and schedules to align with production goals and customer service.
• Oversee training and development for production employees.
• Set and troubleshoot process conditions to maximize quality and throughput.
• Sponsor Lean Manufacturing practices for continuous improvement.
• Communicate with management on key issues.
• Interact daily with cross-functional support groups.
