Job summary

Yanfeng Global Automotive Interiors is seeking a Manager Plant Supply Chain (Project Management) to lead and optimize material planning, procurement, and production scheduling across the plant. The role requires interfacing with Quality and Corporate Purchasing to ensure a smooth supply chain flow and adherence to schedules.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years in the field with 3-5 in automotive, strong MRP experience, and proven leadership of direct reports.

Qualifications

• 7-10 minimum years of experience within the field.
• 3-5 minimum years of experience within the automotive industry.
• Expertise in material planning/purchasing; experience with repetitive, just-in-time manufacturing is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop departmental systems, procedures and policies involving purchasing, production and material control.
• Oversee production schedules, including material procurement and manufacturing schedules; monitor reports and communicate with staff.
• Develop supplier relationships and coordinate with Corporate Purchasing for supplier information.
• Promote safe work environment and implement 5S, safety audits and related processes.
