Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or plant operations (concrete/construction valued).
• Proficiency with dispatch software and MS Office.
• Understanding of DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant team to achieve operational excellence and customer service.
• Oversee daily plant operations: staffing, load planning, route optimization.
• Collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and sales to exceed customer expectations.
• Monitor key metrics for plant efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular meetings to review performance and address issues.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and SRM team.
• Participate in strategic planning and budgeting to improve efficiency and profitability.
