Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering, operations, business or related field.
• 7–10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in a multi-shift plant.
• Experience in film extrusion, plastics, or converting environments.
• Proven ability to lead both hourly and salaried teams in a high-volume operation.
• Strong Lean, continuous improvement, and performance-management background.
• Solid financial acumen with experience managing plant-level budgets and cost drivers.
• Demonstrated ability to build teams, drive accountability, and improve culture.

• Lead all plant operations, including extrusion, converting, maintenance, quality, and shipping.
• Build a safety-first culture with strong accountability.
• Drive production performance, efficiency, and waste reduction.
• Develop and hold accountable a team of salaried managers and frontline leaders.
• Improve attendance, staffing stability, and workforce engagement.
• Partner with HR, finance, and operations leadership on staffing, cost control, and performance management.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on throughput, scrap reduction, and uptime.
• Oversee and prioritize maintenance strategy and preventive maintenance execution.
• Manage plant-level financial performance, including labor, material usage, and operating costs.
• Support and execute capital projects that improve safety, capacity, and efficiency.
