Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• Proven track record in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-functional teams and drive operational excellence.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations, ensuring efficient production and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall plant performance.
• Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental policies, and company standards.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance processes and reduce waste.
• Prepare and manage the plant budget, including capital expenditures and operational expenses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and supply chain, to achieve business objectives.
