Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Plant Manager at our Camden, NJ – Gypsum Facility. The Plant Manager leads a team to success while ensuring a safe and injury/incident-free environment in our fast-paced plant. They motivate, coach, and inspire by demonstrating, promoting, and applying Georgia-Pacific’s Principles Based Management (PBM) in daily actions and decisions to deliver maximum value to the business and our customers. What You Will Do
  • Lead a team aligned with our company vision where individuals understand how they create value.

  • Coach, motivate, and mentor the team to drive safe and efficient behaviors.

  • Take accountability for safety, quality, and efficiency through leadership and teamwork.
  • Use critical and economic thinking to resolve issues and drive innovation.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of leadership experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or military environment, or six (6) years in the Gypsum industry.
  • Experience with automation and advanced technology to improve operations.
  • Experience with constraint analysis and continuous improvement.
  • Experience coaching, counseling, and developing employees.
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a technical or business program.
  • Previous Gypsum experience.

Salary range: $145,000 - $170,000 per year, plus variable pay.
