Job summary

Pacific International is partnering with a world leading manufacturer in semiconductors and electronics to identify a Plant Manager for a high expansion facility in the United States. This role leads site manufacturing end-to-end, including operations, engineering, quality and safety, driving safety, quality, delivery and cost performance.

The successful candidate will mentor a cross-functional leadership team and champion Lean and continuous improvement while partnering with senior leadership

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing experience and 5+ years in people leadership.
• Prior Plant Manager or senior Operations Manager experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality or related technical field.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, 5S and Operational Excellence.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, specialty chemical, aerospace, or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred.
• Proven ability to develop teams and drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead site manufacturing end-to-end across operations, engineering, capital projects, quality, and safety.
• Drive metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
• Develop and mentor a cross-functional leadership team.
• Champion Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with senior leadership to execute long-term strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support customer success and growth.
• Manage site operating budgets and contribute to profitability.
• Sponsor capital investments and capacity expansion.
• Foster accountability, innovation, and employee engagement.
