• 10+ years of increasing responsibility in regulated manufacturing or related environment.

• Budgeting and forecasting experience required.

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct site leadership for production and operations management.
• Ensure GMP, FDA and industry standards compliance.
• Develop budgets and manage labor, materials, and expenses.
• Drive cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean).
• Prepare and present financial and operational reports to leadership.
• Lead regulatory audits and support quality assurance collaborations.
