Responsabilités

• Run market sizing exercises to prioritize expansion in Mankato
• Translate HealthBridge goals into quarterly roadmaps the business team can actually ship
• Prepare board-ready presentations and quarterly business reviews
• Run weekly numbers reviews that end with decisions, not more meetings
• Keep Mankato expansion on schedule when half the plan changes weekly
• Sit between Six Sigma and Organization teams as the person who makes the call
