Qualifications

• Experience with high precision injection molds and injection molding-processing environment; read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Identify and enforce safety rules; participate in safety committee.
• Adjust schedule hours to ensure timely deliveries and adequate staffing; plan overtime.
• Lead decisions on employee selection, assignments, promotion and discipline.
• Promote continuous improvement and effective communication across plant/department.
• Oversee production meetings and coordinate with project management groups.
