Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Plant Manager for a modern food manufacturing facility just outside Oklahoma City. The role reports to the Director of Manufacturing and oversees daily operations with a focus on continuous improvement and food safety.

This 24/5 plant supports ~150 employees and 8 salaried managers, with a comprehensive benefits package. The successful candidate will drive production, safety, and quality KPIs while partnering with senior leaders on budgeting and capital expenditure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 7–10+ years in manufacturing operations or management in a food manufacturing facility.
• Experience with ERP, WMS and batching software.
• Quality system background or Foundational Knowledge of SQF & Food Safety

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and run day-to-day operations.
• Achieve goals set for the production facility.
• Lead the facility in establishing and meeting continuous improvement objectives. Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance
• Promote all Safety, Food Safety and Quality policies and procedures while supporting their continuous improvement efforts.
• Responsible for implementing and reporting of plant KPI’s
• Collect and review data to reduce inefficiencies and waste
• Provide operational and employee leadership to the facility. Assist executive management with budgeting, production statistics, cost analysis, justification of capital expenditures and asset management.
• Foster a well-trained and motivated team by encouraging and supporting the development of all plant employees
• Evaluate employees and give suggestions for improvement
• Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
