SECTR Partners has partnered with a leading manufacturer of Insulation products who are looking for a Plant Manager at their Denver, CO facility.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Accountable for safety, product quality, company culture and values, operational excellence, EHS compliance, and adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Owns and is accountable for plant manufacturing variances and performance.
• Establish cost-efficient controls for capital investments, operating expenses, workforce levels, wages, and salaries, aligned with corporate directives.
• Manage logistics and product movement while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead administrative functions including budgeting, capital planning, and monthly reporting.

Requirements & Skills

• Requires 10 years of advancing expertise in manufacturing leadership.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on team supervision, encompassing talent growth and strategic planning.
• At least 5 years fostering employee involvement and cultivating a robust safety‑first environment.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and expense management.
• Demonstrated success in championing, guiding, and sustaining a culture of ongoing enhancement.
