PLANT MANAGER

Mathesonspecializes in the manufacture and distribution of dry ice and liquid carbondioxide. The company is also the nation's largest distributor of dry iceblasting equipment. Matheson maintains a reliable network of 40 dry ice distribution facilities located strategically throughout its service area. This integrated distribution network ensures that Matheson can quickly react to customers' needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Nuclear)
• Strong commitment to Safety
• 8+ years’ progressive experience in manufacturing management and leadership
• Military Experience including Navy Nuclear Program is a Plus
• Understanding and following established product quality procedures and guidelines to ensure customers are receiving expected quality and purity of product
• Ability to manage production schedules
• Effective communication skills to provide positive morale
• Mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills
