Airswift is seeking a Plant Manager to lead a chlor-alkali manufacturing facility in Ohio. You will be responsible for site operations, safety performance, employee development, and financial results, while partnering with executive leadership to drive business outcomes.

The role demands hands-on leadership on the plant floor, strong knowledge of relevant regulations, and a proven track record in operating at scale within the chlor-alkali industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• Chlor-alkali industry experience is required.
• Experience leading operations, production, manufacturing, or site teams in a chlor-alkali environment.
• Experience with budgeting, capital planning, or financial performance management.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, PSM and related regulations.

We are seeking a Plant Manager to lead a chlor-alkali manufacturing facility in Ohio. This role has full responsibility for site operations, safety, employee development, and financial performance, while working closely with the CEO and COO.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily plant operations, maintenance, engineering, EHS, and production teams.
• Maintain full P&L accountability for the site.
• Drive safety, reliability, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and mentor plant leadership and staff.
• Support continuous improvement and capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• Proven experience within the chlor-alkali industry is required.
• Experience leading operations, production, manufacturing, or site teams within a chlor-alkali manufacturing environment. Candidates currently serving as Plant Managers, Operations Managers, Production Managers, Superintendents, or other operational leadership roles are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with manufacturing operations, budgeting, cost control, capital planning, or financial performance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, PSM, and related regulations.

Preferred

• Turnaround, acquisition, or business transformation experience.
• Capital project leadership experience.
• Membrane cell technology experience.
