Job summary

LINK Staffing in Carrollton, TX seeks a Plant Manager for Chemical Processing. This onsite role leads a two-shift operation, driving safety, reliability and performance across throughput, yield and quality.

You will mentor supervisors and technicians, manage budgets, review processes, and ensure compliance with MOC and PFD/P&ID standards. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in chemical/process manufacturing and a track record of hands-on troubleshooting and leadership in an industrial setting, with

Qualifications

7+ years in chemical, metals, materials, recycling or process manufacturing operations.
3+ years leading people, shifts or plant operations.
Ability to read PFDs and P&IDs, with experience in process controls and MOC.
Hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance coordination.
Onsite work in Carrollton, TX.

Responsibilities

Safe daily operations, including startups, shutdowns and response to process upsets.
Plant performance management: safety, throughput, yield, quality, uptime and cost.
Lead and develop supervisors, technicians and operators.
Address health, safety and environmental priorities, including risk assessments and incident investigations.
Maintain preventive maintenance, reliability and outage planning.
Conduct root-cause analysis and Lean improvements.
Manage operating budget, vendors, SOPs and production reporting.
