Job summary

Arcosa Aggregates is seeking a Plant Manager for the Holland, Texas location to lead daily operations in a mining environment. You will oversee plant personnel, safety programs, environmental compliance, and community relations in line with company policy.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, monitoring KPIs, and driving cost efficiency while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 3 years in aggregates/mining management.
• Demonstrated leadership and the ability to drive safety and output goals.
• Strong understanding of MSHA regulations and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily plant and mine operations to meet safety, quality, and cost targets.
• Lead staff, coordinate production planning, and optimize throughput.
• Enforce safety programs and regulatory compliance across the site.
• Monitor KPIs such as cost per ton, plant uptime, and Tons per man hour.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
