Job summary

Accredo Packaging, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for the Day Shift at our Sugar Land, Texas facility.

You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic production equipment to ensure safety and efficiency. The role requires a minimum of 5 years in manufacturing maintenance, strong schematics-reading skills, CMMS experience, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required, trade licenses a plus.
• Experience: 5+ years of mechanical and electrical maintenance in manufacturing.
• Technical: Read schematics/diagrams; diagnose using testing equipment.
• Physical: Lift/push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• Shift: Day shift; willingness for weekend rotations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical issues using schematics and tools.
• Install/repair electrical control systems, wiring, and rotating equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and CMMS entries.
• Operate or train to operate forklifts and other mobile equipment.
