• BS in Engineering or Business-related degree required.
• 5-7+ years of progressive Manufacturing Management and Operations leadership experience.
• P&L ownership for manufacturing operations of $50M+ with 200+ employee workforce.
• Proven strategic and data-driven leadership capabilities.
• Direct experience in Aerospace or Automotive metals forming including casting, forging, heat treating, and super alloys.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management and coordination of production operations within an investment casting environment.
