Austin Allen Company - Professional Recruitment is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead a non-union food manufacturing facility. This high-visibility leadership role focuses on building strong teams, improving operations, reducing waste, and delivering results.

You will own day-to-day production, develop and coach plant teams, drive productivity and compliance with FDA safety standards, and manage seasonal demands in a 24/7 operation, with salary up to $170,000 plus benefits and
