• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on throughput, scrap reduction, and uptime.
• Oversee maintenance strategy and preventive maintenance execution.
• Manage plant-level financial performance, including labor, materials, and operating costs.
• Support capital projects to improve safety, capacity, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering, Operations, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 7–10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience , including multi-shift operations.
• Experience in film extrusion, plastics, or converting environments strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead both hourly and salaried teams in a high-volume operation.
• Strong background in Lean, continuous improvement, and performance management.
• Solid financial acumen with experience managing plant-level budgets and cost drivers.
• Demonstrated ability to build teams, drive accountability, and improve culture.
