20/20 Custom Molded Plastics, a leader in the plastics industry, is looking to hire a Plant Manager for our growing business. 20/20 has locations in Northwest Ohio, Northeast Indiana, and the Southeastern Atlanta region. This qualified applicant will work directly under the leadership of the Chief Operating Officer. The ideal candidate must have experience with injection molding, preferably with knowledge of low pressure and structural foam.

The Plant Manager is responsible for:

1. Deployment and maintenance of the organization's production operations and setup systems.
2. Reporting on performance and initiating improvements.
3. Ensuring production operations and setup activities conform to the current quality system, and activities meet customer and company requirements.
4. Acting as a liaison with external parties regarding the quality system.
5. Developing and deploying procedures and practices that promote high standards and improve techniques for production, cost-effective setups, quality, reliable services, and employee safety.
6. Assisting in machine start-up and shut-down.
7. Processing changes on machines, basic industrial maintenance, and robotic programming.
8. Enforcing company standards through functional groups, based on company needs, regulations, and customer requirements.
9. Organizing, promoting, and supporting company-wide quality improvement efforts.
10. Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

The Plant Manager must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Additional trade school or post-secondary business courses are a plus but not required. Experience in Structural Foam and Low Pressure Injection Molding is a plus.

Managerial Requirements:

The Plant Manager should have three to five years of experience in management operations, setup, personnel, and related activities.
