Kelly is seeking a Production Manager for our Geneva/Finger Lakes, NY facility. This direct-hire role offers a $75,000–$82,000 annual salary, day shift, and the chance to lead a dedicated manufacturing team.

You will develop production schedules, ensure quality and safety, manage inventory, collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams, and drive continuous improvement in a unionized environment. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package.
