Job Summary

The Production Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the production process within the organization. This position involves hands-on collaboration with the production team, ensuring seamless coordination of activities, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality throughout the production cycle. • Collaborate closely with the Director of Operations to align production objectives with broader organizational goals and priorities.

Qualifications

• Preferred 10 years of progressive experience in production management, with a proven track record of success in optimizing processes and driving results.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with previous experience in effectively managing and motivating diverse teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of production processes, including experience with PLC operation and control systems.
• Exceptional decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Physical ability to perform tasks associated with the role, including lift up to 50 lbs, working in a plant atmosphere, and navigating stairs and ladders as needed. Hands on Production task as needed.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other relevant software applications.
• Preferred skills include effective time management, legible handwriting, and demonstrated proficiency in computer usage.
• Knowledge of development of KPI REPORTS TO Monitor the Production efficiencies.
• Exemplary attendance record and adherence to OSHA safety practices are essential.
• Knowledge of mechanical processes to help trouble shoot machine operations.
