The Role

• Take full ownership of plant operations across five departments, overseeing multiple operations while leading and developing a high-performing team in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Drive production efficiency, quality, safety, and continuous improvement to consistently achieve and exceed operational goals.
• Influence senior-level decisions around P&L performance, business strategy, capital investment, engineering initiatives, profitability, and long-term operational improvements across the facility.

The Candidate

• Proven plant or manufacturing leadership experience within a high-volume production environment, with the ability to lead, coach, develop, and motivate teams.
• Strong commercial and operational understanding, including experience with P&L statements, production performance, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and other departments.
• Proven experience executing strategic, financial, and organizational plans, with a hands-on leadership style, strong communication skills, and a history of delivering transformative change and continuous improvement.
