Qualifications

• Knowledge of production processes, quality management systems, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in production management software and standard office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the plant team, including supervisors and production staff.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
