Zaddy Solutions in Salt Lake City is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee all aspects of the production facility manufacturing reinforcement mesh and bars. You will manage daily operations, ensure production efficiency, maintain quality, and foster a safe, collaborative work environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing management, experience in steel or construction-related processes, and proven leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven managerial experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Wire Mesh manufacturing, steel, construction materials, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality management systems, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in production management software and standard office applications.

The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production facility for manufacturing reinforcement mesh and bars.
