6 Degrees Search seeks a Plant Manager to lead the Salt Lake City reinforcement mesh and bar production facility. You will oversee daily operations, drive quality, safety, and efficiency, and develop a high-performing team in a steel/constructi on materials environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in Wire Mesh manufacturing, steel, construction materials, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality management systems, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in production management software and standard office applications.

Salary : $ 150,000.00- $160,000.00 + 10 % Quarter Bonus + 12% 401k

The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production facility for manufacturing reinforcement mesh and bars. This role includes managing daily operations, ensuring optimal production efficiency, maintaining product quality, and fostering a safe and collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing management and a solid understanding of steel or construction-related production processes.
