Job summary

Xecutive Recruitment Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume plastics manufacturing plant in Michigan. You will own the plant P&L and report to regional leadership, guiding safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance across all shifts.

You will build a leadership team across operations, engineering, quality, and finance, drive lean initiatives, and ensure successful launches with OEM customers. Strong turnover and lean culture are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Plant Manager or General Manager in automotive Tier 1 manufacturing.
• Proven P&L ownership with measurable results.
• Background in plastics: injection molding, interior trim, cockpit modules, or similar.
• Experience with OEM customers (GM, Ford, Stellantis) and program launches.
• Strong lean manufacturing, IATF 16949, and turnaround experience.
